CRITTER CARE POLICIES
Appointments
Appointments are desired and strongly encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome however must be worked in between scheduled appointments. Every effort is made to see each client on schedule while allowing adequate time for the visit. Schedule appointments take precedence over walk-ins, except in the case of emergencies.

Payment
Total Payment is required at the time of veterinary service. Estimates prior to procedures will be provided upon request. Care Credit is available upon completion of required information and approval by company. In order for Critter Care to adequately staff and provide the quality care for your pet, payment for services is essential.
Admission & Dismissal
Patients are admitted by a Veterinary assistant or Veterinarian. At dismissal the Veterinarian or Veterinary assistant will provide instructions, medications, etc for your pet’s care at home. Boarding admission and dismissals are during office hours only, except for emergencies.
Progress Reports
Please call after 10:00 AM for progress reports. This gives us time to make rounds, provide treatments, and update records of our hospitalized patients. If issues require immediate consultation, we will contact you immediately.
